A Day of Pride and Celebration: CIA FIRST Honors Students for Historic National Exam Success

PHNOM PENH, October 24, 2025 – The campus of CIA FIRST International School came alive with applause, smiles, and heartfelt pride this afternoon as the school celebrated an extraordinary academic achievement. In a special ceremony, 126 graduating students were honored for successfully passing the 2025 Grade 12 National Examination — including an exceptional 15 students who earned the prestigious Grade A.


Leading the celebration were H.E. Oknha Dr. Trang Ly, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Him Samath Sprung, Co-founder and Vice-Chairman of CIA FIRST International School. Both leaders personally congratulated each student, presenting awards to recognize their hard work, discipline, and dedication.


“Today, my heart is filled with immense pride for our students,” shared H.E. Oknha Dr. Trang Ly. “Year after year, you bring wonderful results to your families and our entire school community. Achieving a 100% pass rate at our Sen Sok campus and over 96% at our Chbar Ampov campus is simply outstanding. This success is a shared victory, made possible through the dedication of our teachers and the unwavering support of our parents.”


Mr. Him Samath Sprung echoed the sentiments, calling it a landmark moment for the school. “What you have accomplished is more than just a great exam result — it’s a historic milestone for CIA FIRST,” he said. “A 100% pass rate is the first in our history, and it’s a moment of collective pride that we will all remember. Congratulations to every single one of you on this incredible success."


This year’s result is a powerful testament and a proud chapter in CIA FIRST’s 20-year journey of academic excellence. From its first graduating class of just 13 Full Time Khmer (FTK) students in 2013 to 126 graduates this year, the school’s growth reflects the trust, partnership, and confidence that Cambodian families have placed in CIA FIRST — a school committed to nurturing excellence and lifelong learning.
