សាលាអន្តរជាតិ ស៊ី អាយ អេ ហ្វឺសត៍ បានប្រារព្ធរៀបចំកម្មវិធីប្រគល់សញ្ញាបត្រមធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិ អន្តរជាតិដល់សិស្សជ័យលាភីចំនួន ២៥៥ រូប នៅថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២៧ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅសាលាអន្តរជាតិ ស៊ី អាយ អេ ហ្វឺសត៍ សែនសុខ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត គឹម សេដ្ឋានី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្ដម បណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ហង់ជួន ណារ៉ុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋ មន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា។
ជាកិច្ចស្វាគមន៍ ឯកឧត្ដមឧកញ៉ាបណ្ឌិត ត្រាំង លី ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃសាលាអន្តរជាតិ ស៊ី អាយ អេ ហ្វឺសត៍ បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅបំផុតជូនចំពោះលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ដែលបានចំណាយ ពេលវេលាដ៏មានតម្លៃអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីប្រគល់សញ្ញាបត្ររបស់សាលាអន្តរជាតិ ស៊ី អាយ អេ ហ្វឺសត៍។ ឯកឧត្ដមឧកញ៉ាបណ្ឌិត ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា សាលាអន្តរជាតិ ស៊ី អាយ អេ ហ្វឺសត៍ នៅតែបន្តប្ដេជ្ញា ចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំ ក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែកបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលធនធានមនុស្ស តាមរយៈការពង្រឹងគុណភាពអប់រំស្រប តាមគោលការណ៍អាទិភាពរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។
ឯកឧត្ដមឧកញ៉ាបណ្ឌិតបានបន្តលើកឡើងថា “ការអបអរសាទរក្នុងពិធីបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សានៅពេលនេះគឺ ជាសក្ខីភាព និងការជំរុញទឹកចិត្តដល់អ្នកដឹកនាំវ័យក្មេងនាពេលអនាគតរបស់យើង ដោយឈរលើការអប់រំដែល មានគុណភាពខ្ពស់ បណ្ដុះចក្ខុវិស័យទូលំទូលាយពីពិភពលោក និងការរក្សាបាននូវគុណតម្លៃនៃវប្បធម៌ និង អត្តសញ្ញាណជាតិខ្មែរដ៏ផូរផង់”។
សាលាអន្តរជាតិ ស៊ី អាយ អេ ហ្វឺសត៍ បានសម្រិតសម្រាំងកម្មវិធីសិក្សាប្រកប ដោយគុណវុឌ្ឍិចំនួន ៣ នោះគឺកម្មវិធីអន្តរជាតិ កម្មវិធីចំណេះទូទៅខ្មែរ និងកម្មវិធីវប្បធម៌ និងភាសាខ្មែរ ដោយក្នុងនោះ សាលាបាន បញ្ចូលកិច្ចការស្រាវជ្រាវនៅគ្រប់ភូមិសិក្សាទាំងអស់ ហើយក៏បានផ្ដល់ជូននូវមុខវិជ្ជាត្រៀមមហាវិទ្យាល័យ AP និង AP Capstone Diploma ជាច្រើនមុខវិជ្ជា ដែលអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យសិស្សបានទទួលបទពិសោធន៍សិក្សានៅមហា វិទ្យាល័យ និងអាចជួយសម្រួលដល់ការដាក់ពាក្យចូលរៀនក្នុងមហាវិទ្យាល័យល្បីៗក្នុងពិភពលោកទៀតផង។
ទាក់ទងនឹងការអភិវឌ្ឍសាលារៀន ឯកឧត្ដមប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថារហូតមក ដល់ពេលនេះ សាលាអន្តរ ជាតិ ស៊ី អាយ អេ ហ្វឺសត៍ បានពង្រីកខ្លួនរហូតដល់ ៤ ទីតាំងនិងមាន សិស្សានុសិស្សកំពុងសិក្សាប្រមាណជាង ៥៤០០ នាក់ក្នុងឆ្នាំសិក្សានេះ។
ថ្លែងក្នុងកម្មវិធីដ៏វិសេសវិសាលនេះ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត គឹម សេដ្ឋានី បានមានប្រសាសន៍អបអរសាទរ ប្អូនៗសិស្សានុសិស្សជ័យលាភីទាំងអស់ដែលបានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាមធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិ(កម្មវិធី) អន្តរជាតិ ដោយជោគជ័យនៅថ្ងៃនេះ។ លទ្ធផលដ៏ត្រចះត្រចង់នេះកើតចេញពីកម្មវិធីសិក្សាដ៏សម្បូរបែប ដែលនឹងរួម ចំណែកជ្រើសរើសអាជីពនៅថ្ងៃអនាគតដ៏ល្អប្រសើររបស់សិស្សានុសិស្ស។
លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតក៏បានថ្លែងកោតសរសើរ និងអបអរសាទរដល់សាលាអន្តរជាតិ ស៊ី អាយ អេ ហ្វឺសត៍ ដែលបានចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសកម្មជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការកែទម្រង់វិស័យអប់រំ ស្របតាមទិស ដៅអាទិភាពកំណែទម្រង់ វិស័យអប់រំ និងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ ដែលមានមុំទី១ផ្តោតលើ ការអភិវឌ្ឍមូលធនមនុស្ស។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា សញ្ញាបត្រមធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិអន្តរជាតិ ដែលប្អូនៗសិស្សានុសិស្សទទួលបាននៅ ពេលនេះជាសញ្ញាបត្រដែលមានការទទួលស្គាល់គុណភាពអប់រំដោយក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ព្រមទាំង គណៈកម្មការវាយតម្លៃ និងទទួលស្គាល់គុណភាពអប់រំអន្តរជាតិ ដែលហៅកាត់ថា WASC (Western Association for Schools and Colleges) ហើយសាលាអន្តរជាតិ ស៊ី អាយ អេ ហ្វឺសត៍ នឹងបន្តចូលរួមជាមួយ ក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា និងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស ដែលមានសមត្ថភាព សមានចិត្ត និងការចេះគិតគូរគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ។

CIA FIRST Celebrates 255 Graduates in Grand Ceremony Attended by MoEYS Leadership
CIA FIRST International School proudly celebrated the graduation of 255 high school students on Friday, June 27, 2025, at its Sen Sok campus. The milestone event was graced by the presence of Dr. Kim Sethany, Permanent Secretary of State at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), who represented H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport.
In his welcome remarks, H.E. Dr. Oknha Trang Ly, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CIA FIRST, expressed heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sethany for joining the event amidst her demanding schedule. He highlighted the school’s continued growth, unwavering commitment to academic excellence, and strong alignment with Cambodia’s national education priorities.
“As we celebrate this graduating class, we reaffirm our promise to develop future-ready leaders through quality education, global perspectives, and deep-rooted Cambodian values,” said H.E. Dr. Oknha Trang Ly.
