Dear Valued Parents, CIA FIRST International School would like to inform you about changes in the process of receiving invoices. Kindly be notified of this new, more efficient and environmentally friendly procedure of notification. As of the end of this month, the delivery of hard copy invoices to the students will be replaced with a digital E-Invoicing system. All parents will receive an SMS, containing a link to the digital E-Invoice in PDF format. This is a safe, encrypted message, which shall not be shared with outside parties and allows you to safely and conveniently view your invoice at a time best suited to you. The decision for making this change to the process was made due to Covid-19 related social distancing procedures and furthermore, this trusted technology does not strain our natural resources as we avoid printing completely. For parents paying monthly student fees, kindly be advised to check the SMS notification from CIA FIRST that will be released around the 27th to 31st of every month. Payments are due on the 7th of every following month. CIA FIRST reserves the right to claim a penalty fee of $25 to $50 if the tuition fee is paid later than the 7th of every month. Parents who pay tuition fees at the end of every semester, please be informed that we will send your invoices via SMS between 27- 29 January, 2021. Payments are due on the 7th of February; any later payment will incur a penalty fee of $25 to $50. Thank you for your collaboration.
