CIA FIRST was visited by the MoEYS on Tuesday the 7th of July for a tour of the classrooms, clinics and other areas of campus, followed by a presentation with CIA FIRST management that outlined the various procedures to protect against the risk of infection to our community at CIA FIRST.
We have been working hard with our partners here at CIA FIRST towards a satisfactory strategy of reopening, which takes lessons from those schools all around the world who have done so successfully.
In order to avoid a second wave in our country and also to allow parents to tend to their businesses and work, we in education have a big role to play. In order to do so safely, CIA FIRST have presented our strategy and precautions to the HE. Dr. HANG CHUON NARON, Minister of the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport who will review our proposals and follow up with a decision shortly.
We still have some work to do and feedback from parents will be most welcome once a decision from the MoEYS has been reached and we can proceed to the next phase of reopening.
A special thank you to our parents for your patience and we will update you shortly with new information.
